FROM THE KING 5 WEATHER CENTER: Friday was a crazy weather day! Our first week of spring has given us every type weather you can think of. Many wrapped up the week with snow and even hail.

Snow was seen falling at Sea-Tac and outside the KING 5 studio, which is right across the street from Safeco Field.

An unstable air mass continues to sit over the top of us, which means we're going to keep things active this weekend. Saturday morning was cold enough to introduce more snowflakes around the region. Highs warm up into the upper 40's and lower 50's, so any lowland snow won't be sticking around. Sunday will be the drier day of the weekend, with just a few afternoon rain showers possible.

We will start next week with showers Monday, but they will decrease Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday should see a return to sunshine and highs in the mid 50’s to low 60’s! Just in time for the Mariners’ Home Opener Thursday evening!
