All lanes of southbound Interstate 5 closed at Nulle Road just south of Bellingham after a collision involving two semis Thursday morning.
The mainlines of the crash reopened about 10 a.m., and the SB I-5 ramp to Nulle Road reopened in the afternoon.
The closure was expected to affect those commuting between Bellingham and Mount Vernon.
