Magnitude 3.4 earthquake recorded near Ocean Shores Tuesday morning

The earthquake was recorded just after 4 a.m. about 10 miles northeast of Ocean Shores.

A magnitude 3.4 earthquake was recorded about 10 miles northeast of Ocean Shores on Tuesday morning. 

The quake occurred just after 4 a.m. at a depth of 21 miles, according to the USGS. 

Only a handful of people reported feeling it to the USGS by 5 a.m. 

Grays Harbor County Emergency Management says it is monitoring the situation.
