The Seattle Seahawks have a representative at the University of Central Florida’s Pro Day, where Shaquill Griffin’s brother and NFL hopeful, Shaquem Griffin, is working out on Thursday.

Seattle sent Scott Fitterer, the teams Co-Director of Player Personnel, to observe Griffin and cornerback Mike Hughes.

The Seahawks were the only team to interview Griffin after his impressive combine performance a few weeks ago.

Griffin, who originally was not invited to the combine, posted a 4.38 40-yard dash – the fastest mark among linebackers and tied his brother Shaquill’s time from last year.

He also posted 20 reps on the bench press, a worthy number considering his use of a prosthetic hand.

Griffin was born with a rare condition called amniotic band syndrome, which prevented the fingers of his left hand from fully developing, leading to amputation at the age of four.

Regardless, his strong performance at the combine and the elite numbers he posted at UCF should make him a third or fourth-round draft pick in April’s NFL Draft.
