Seahawks Earl Thomas hugged a ref and all he got was a 15-yard penalty.

According to Pro Football Talk, the NFL didn't fine Thomas for hugging the ref after scoring last Sunday against the Saints. The All-Pro safety returned a fumble for a touchdown, prior to said hug.

Thomas might be a serial hugger. This is the second time he's hugged a ref and got away with it. The first time came against the Cardinals

The NFL could have fined him $30,387 for the first offense, $60,775 for the second. To our knowledge, he's given free hugs all year long with no fines and just one penalty flag.
