Sam Nehren (QB) Lindbergh Football

Nehren had a huge night in Lindbergh’s 45-27 win over Foster. Nehren was 19 for 24 with 313 passing yards and 6 touchdowns passes.

J.J Jerome (RB) Monroe Football

Jerome set a new Monroe High School record for single game rushing yards in the 56-7 win over Mariner. Jerome had 363 yards on 18 carries, 22 yards on 2 receptions and 6 total touchdowns.

Lauren Brown (Forward) Shorecrest Girls’ Soccer

In Shorecrest’s two games this week, Brown combined for 7 goals and 3 assists. 5 of the goals and 1 assist were in the Tuesday night 7-1 win over Mountlake Terrace, and Brown had 2 goals and 2 assists in the Thursday night 5-2 win over Everett.

Talan Alfrey (QB) Auburn Mountainview Football

Alfred was an all-purpose threat in the 42-21 win over Auburn. Alfrey accumulated 86 passing yards and ran for 123 yards and 3 touchdowns. In addition, Alfrey took on a role as a punter, a punt returner, and even caught his own pass and ran 26 yards with it.

Tariq Romain (CB) Timberline Football

Romain accounted for all of Timberline’s touchdowns in the 21-7 win over Yelm. He caught 2 touchdown passes of 17 and 54 yards, and returned an interception for a 65 yard touchdown. Romain also had another interception and a forced fumble in the game.
