Left lane campers beware.

Washington State Patrol tweeted Thursday that troopers have pulled over 13,413 cars for left lane violations this year alone.

Left lane campers face a $136 ticket.

State law says that drivers can drive in the left lane only if you are passing a slower vehicle that is on the right.

Washington state is one of 10 U.S. states to restrict travel in a freeway’s left lane only to passing vehicles.
