I-90 westbound at Vantage fully reopened Sunday morning after heavy smoke from a brush fire closed the main east-west interstate going west Saturday afternoon.
The Ryegrass fire had burned at least 100 acres about 15 miles east of Ellensburg. Officials say the fire was started by a hay truck, which caught fire.
The State Department of Natural Resources utilized three choppers, four engines and a bulldozer to finally put out the fire.
KING 5 viewer Molly Burns captured the fire on video as she drove by.
