Lightning split a tree apart in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood on Sunday. A woman inside the home says no one was hurt, but limbs pierced her house and part of the tree was zapped down the block.
The strike happened in the 6400 block of Carleton Ave. S. around 4 p.m. Power was knocked out in the immediate area to roughly 100 Seattle City Light customers.
