Deputy David Rose is back in the patrol car today. More than one year ago he was involved in a serious crash.
Deputy Rose, 34, was pinned inside his patrol car and had to be extricated from the vehicle. He suffered multiple broken bones, lacerations, and a concussion.
The Pierce County Sheriff's Office says Rose spent weeks enduring physical therapy after several surgeries.
Rose has been a patrol deputy since 2015 and serves as a school resource officer in the Bethel School District.
