TACOMA, Wash. -- One person was killed on Interstate 5 Friday after two crashes involving DUI drivers, troopers said.

The crashes forced the closure of all lanes of southbound I-5 at State Route 512.

Troopers say one crash involved three cars and the other was two-car hit and run. Both drivers were arrested for suspicion of DUI.

All lanes were back open by 6 a.m. after a closure of more than three hours.
