But in one pocket of one suburb, buyers are not only pitted against their neighbors, they're trying to outbid millionaire investors who live thousands of miles away. And according to realtors, they are now buying up one out of every three homes for sale. They're not only changing the real estate market, they're changing the face of West Bellevue.
