Dan Good from Hard Rock Cafe Seattle visits the show to tell all about the BARocker competition this week and makes a few of his favorite libations. The first round of the local BARocker competition will take place from 6–9 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, and is a complimentary 21+ event.
1 oz Malibu Tropical Banana Rum
1 oz Malibu Black Rum
4 oz Sweet and Sour mix
1 1/2 oz Strawberry Puree
3 oz Lemon Lime Soda
Pineapple wedge and strawberry for garnish
Pour first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a 24 oz. glass with ice, top with soda and garnish with pineapple and strawberry.
Magical Mystery Mojito
1 1/4 oz Monin Cucumber Syrup
10-12 Mint leaves
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
2 oz Lime Juice
Mint spring and cucumber spear for garnish
Muddle syrup and mint leaves in pint glass. Pour gin, elderflower liquor and lime juice on top of muddled ingredients in pint glass. Pour all ingredients into shaker, shake and then pour into a pint glass with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber spear.
1 oz Bacardi Superior Rum
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Finest Call Mango Puree
½ oz Grenadine
1 oz DeKuyper/Disaranno
1 oz Bacardi Select Rum
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish
Pour first five ingredients into a hurricane glass over ice. Add DeKuyper and Bacaradi Select Rum. Garnish with ¼ of an orange wedge and cherry.
