Bakery Nouveau's Chocolate Mousse recipe:
12 oz. chocolate
12 oz. half & half
Pinch of salt
(Optional) Splash of Kahlua or Baileys
Bring half & half to a light boil. Pour over the chocolate. Stir. Take bowl of mousse and place in an ice bath to increase cooling.
