Raw Berry Torte – from Eat Yourself Sexy by Chef Lauren Von Der Pool

I started making this Raw Berry Torte when I was 16 years old and actually sold a lot of them in front of college campuses. It is one of my favorite go-to desserts when I’m in a rush because it’s so fast to make and so good to eat. You’ll love it!
