Anchorhead Coffee serves up the ultimate pastry... the quaffle

They may be best known for their coffee, but the cinnamon roll made out of laminated croissant dough and smashed in a waffle iron needs to be next on your food bucket list!
The quaffle at Anchorhead Coffee.

Fans of cold-brew coffee know Anchorhead is one of the best around. And now, the company has opened up a second location in Issaquah.

They brew their coffee using all natural, fair trade coffee beans and like to refer to their coffee making process as "bottling happiness."

In addition, all of the pastries here are homemade -- including the "quaffle."

The treat is made out of laminated croissant dough (meaning layers upon layers of thin goodness) formed into a cinnamon roll and smashed into a waffle iron. So good you can skip the syrup.
