Carolyn Douglas anchors KING 5 News at Noon during the week. She's an Emmy-award winning anchor who joined KING 5 from WFTS-TV in Tampa, Florida, where she was a general and special assignment reporter and a fill-in anchor.

Prior to joining WFTS-TV, Carolyn was an anchor and reporter for KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington. Her additional experience includes work as a sports anchor at Prime Sports Northwest in Pullman, Washington; anchor and reporter at KGET-TV in Bakersfield, California, and at KNDU-TV in Kennewick, Washington. She began her broadcasting career as an intern/reporter at KVOS-TV in Bellingham, Washington.

Carolyn graduated from Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle and earned a Bachelor's degree in communications from Washington State University. She's been a member of the Edmonds Rotary Club and is a board member of the Alliance for International Women's Rights. She's a fourth-generation Washingtonian and is proud to be raising a fifth generation here in her home state!
