Tipsy is quite the talkative girl, and when she's not talking she's purring. This young girl is very relaxed and affectionate, with a bit of kitty curiosity thrown into the mix as well. She definitely isn't the shy type, and is just waiting to find someone to share her conversations with.

Tipsy is waiting for her forever home at the Lynnwood shelter. Tipsy is 1 year old and her adoption fee is $90.

If you would like to adopt from PAWS the process includes an application, interview with adoption counselor and a visit with the animal you are interested in.

The adoption donation includes spay/neuter surgery (if applicable), a free health exam with the veterinarian of your choice, a microchip, a collar and ID tag, carrier, educational materials, worming, testing for feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus and one vaccination for feline distemper, rhinotracheitis, calci virus and clamydia. For only $10 PAWS will also add your pet's microchip number into a database for national chip tracking.
