Tim Robinson has been a regular fixture on KING 5 Morning News since he came to Seattle in 2004.

Since then, he's reported from just about everywhere in Western Washington: the rooftop of the Space Needle, the 50-yard-line at Qwest Field, the deck of a Navy destroyer, and the razor-clamming beaches of Westport. Tim cooks with the best chefs around, he hosts a regular segment called "Save Me Money!" and he interviews movie stars, politicians and, his favorite, “just good old, regular folks like me.”

Robinson came to Seattle from Sacramento, Calif., where he was an anchor and host of the show "California Heartland." He started his television career in Reno, Nev., where he was an anchor and reporter.

Robinson graduated from University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Tim’s wife, Jane McCarthy, is also a KING 5 reporter.
